Key copy was perfect, fairly quick but expensive at $8.60ish.

While the keys were shallow, and not de-burred, they did their job and opened the doors. The interface on the KeyMe could be a little clearer as to when to remove the key, etc. I presumed when the lighted ring round the key receptacle turned off, that it was time to remove the key. When it turned back on, I worried I had botched it by pulling the key, but again at the end of the day it worked. It was pretty quick and easy.

Alex is fantastic. I was locked out of my apartment, and he was prompt, super sympathetic and nice - and gave me a great deal. My neighbor paid 2x as much for the exact same thing. Alex's dad was a locksmith, and he grew up learning the trade. The business is now his and his years of experience show in his high attention to detail. You're crazy if you don't call Alex.

Copy of keys was made very fast! The only thing I would complained about is the expensive price. It cost $9.75 for 1 copy of brass keys. I could have paid $2 to $5 at a Hardware store or at any other stores.

I made a duplicate fob key and a regular key that was a large one. I was afraid it wouldn't copy due to the size but I just tested both the fob key and the duplicate key from the key me kiosk and they both worked perfectly!
